Hand-picked beginning in early October, Vitaleone is a high polyphenol Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced from 100% Cerasuola olives grown on our estate, and crushed immediately after harvest.
Taste: Medium fruity and spicy with a medium-low intensity scale. Main aromas of fresh cut grass and tomato, together with secondary tones of artichoke. Pairs best with pizza, red meats, and fish.
